WHO are we?
wednesday. is a vibrant student-driven community that supports, inspires, and unites women and non-binary people who are interested in or involved in entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem.
We believe in fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for women and non-binary individuals who aspire to be the next generation of successful entrepreneurs.
What do we do?
we create opportunities for our members to learn, grow, and get inspired by amplifying the voices of entrepreneurial-minded women. through a variety of events, excursions, and get-togethers. We aim to introduce young women to new role models and pave the way towards a more equitable future.
We officially begun this adventure in January 2023, and since then we have hosted around 2 events a month and managed to gather a small community that loves and supports each other. Our growth has been beyond our expectations, showing us something like wednesday. is still sorely needed.
What's Next?
In 2024 we are planning to grow even further and maximize our impact.
we want Our events to serve bigger audiences, and our mentorship efforts to have more structure and to be longer commitments.
With bigger plans comes a bigger team, so we are also looking for new team members!

We've tried to condense them into one single thing, and there comes Meet The Founders. It's a series of events where you can connect 1-on-1 with inspiring female founders, gain valuable mentorship, and steal all their best-kept business secrets.

Together wirh Hanken Business Lab and Startup Foundation, we started Lemon Initiative.
Lemon is our way to empower female and non-binary students to embrace their entrepreneurial spirit. So far, we have three cohorts that meet once a month and progress together as fresh founders.
We've made sure everyone can actively shape the journey by voting on speakers and topics, ensuring workshops and speeches cater to their needs and interests. It's more than just a meetup; it's a safe space where ideas are shared and encouragement flows aplenty.
No one is born knowing everything...plus we loooove to learn new things.
That's why every once in a while we like to switch it up with a workshop or two. We pick the best teachers and let them pour all their knowledge on our eager minds.
This year, we've had a pitching workshop, and a couple career oriented ones where we mapped out our future career paths and crafted show-stopping CVs.
